Wayne practices law in St. Paul, MN, where he has been involved in litigation at the trial and appellate level for over 25 years. Wayne received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1980. He is a member of the Internation Bar Association, American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association.

Louis has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Stout (1984) and worked as an engineer for nearly sixteen years, working on projects for such companies as the Pillsbury Corporation, Pella Windows and Nabisco. In addition, Mr. White has 15 years of experience as an NCAA Division II college basketball referee.

Anita Reinitz has been in the title industry for 30 years. She is an experienced closer in residential and commercial transactions. She has vast knowledge of the title industry with its many products. She has been in management for over 20 years.

Charlie has been in the Information Technology business for 11 years. He was a consultant for 5 years before joining Northwest as its full-time technology manager. Charlie holds a degree in both Chemistry and Math from the University of Minnesota, and drives the science behind Northwest's technology initiatives.
