Title Insurance in Point
When you choose Title Insurance from the Services menu in Point, you can order and
receive title commitments through a quick, convenient, and direct connection. When
it's time to request a title report, simply select a
Northwest Title
from the drop-down list, enter the required information, and click Submit. Prospect
or borrower information is transmitted directly to
Northwest Title
's system, where the complete title commitment is generated, transmitted back, and
stored with the loan file in Point. Anytime you copy or move a loan file, the associated
title commitment moves with it. Requesting Title from the Services menu makes it
easy to order, update, or modify title commitments-instantly.
