Well, it means that you can order title insurance and closings from us directly through the comfort of your familiar LOS.

Want to get started? It's easy...

In your Encompass software:

• Click on Order Title & Closing
• If Northwest Title isn't on your My Providers page then click on Add Provider
• Type Northwest Title in the Enter Company Name text box and click Go
• Highlight our listing and click Select
• That will bring you back to the Title & Closing page.
• Click on the Order button.
• Now you can select your Title Product and click Send Order
